Michael R. Linden

Michael R. Linden is an associate attorney with Weakley, Arendt & McGuire, LLP. Mr. Linden received his Juris Doctor degree in 1997 from John F. Kennedy University School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in the State of California in December 1997, and is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Linden’s practice includes the representation of public entities, including cities and counties, as well as private businesses. He has also represented employees of public entities including police officers, deputy sheriffs, probation officers, district attorneys, district attorney investigators, and correctional officers. His practice has included the representation of construction industry entities, including developers, general contractors and subcontractors, in matters involving construction defects. He is also experienced with general insurance defense cases including personal injury, employment, and business-related claims.

Mr. Linden is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Association of Defense Counsel for Northern California. He also serves as an attorney/coach for the California High School Mock Trial Program.
