Valerie J. Velasco

Valerie J. Velasco is an associate attorney with Weakley, Arendt & McGuire, LLP. Ms. Velasco received her Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law in 2009 and is admitted to practice law in all courts of the State of California, including the California Supreme Court. She is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Velasco worked as a law clerk for various attorneys representing the interests of public entities, public employees, business entities, insurance companies and private individuals.

Ms. Velasco was born and raised in Fresno and plans to put her knowledge and experience to work in her community. She is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and Fresno County Women Lawyers.
