Bio

Toler W. Ratledge joined Wilson Ratledge in 2006, and focuses her practice on commercial real estate acquisitions, development and commercial leasing.  She represents buyers and sellers of developed and undeveloped commercial properties.  As a North Carolina real estate attorney, she has extensive experience negotiating commercial leases and handling landlord-tenant disputes.

Ms. Ratledge started her legal career at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene, & McRae, and later, Ragsdale Liggett, where she practiced in the area of real estate and commercial litigation for nine years. In 1997, she became General Counsel to Parker Lincoln Developers, the largest developer and owner of industrial and warehouse properties in the Triangle. During her nine years as General Counsel with Parker Lincoln, she gained extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.
